Here is the easiest method to use whatsapp without mobile number...
Steps:-
1) Download Hike.
Download hike from play store.

Download hike for windowsphone

2) create an account in hike using your real number.
3) Tap on the chat icon.
4)Type a number of your friend(or yourself) which you have access now.
5)Now take your friends mobile.
6)now you see the message you have sent from hike.
7)now take the number from which you get that message.
8)open whatsapp.
9)now add that number.
10)now open hike,the confirmation sms will be ther
e.
11)enter the code in whatsapp and enjoy :D
